Rates:Our nightly rate is based on two people per room and includes breakfast. Room rates range from $169 to $210 per night.  Two night stays are preferred forweekends and holidays but not always required.  Rooms are available throughout most times of the year.

Reservations: It is recommended that you make your reservations at least 1 month in advance of your planned stay.  You may secure your reservation by paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking.  We accept cash, personal check, Visa and MasterCard for payment. All rates are subject to New York State taxes.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or shorten your reservation, we will return your deposit minus a $25 processing fee only if cancellation has been made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled stay. Notice given within less than 14 days notice will result in forfeit of your $50 deposit, less fee, if we are unable to fill the vacant reservation.

Check In & Check Out: You may check in between 3:30PM and 6PM.  It is important that plans of late arrival are conveyed to the Inn in advance.  If advance notice is not given there is risk of losing your room and/or liability for the full cost of the reservation.  Check out time is 12 noon.
